Rahul Gandhi Promises to Rework GST, Consult States

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi declared on Wednesday that the Congress Party would modify the GST to make it simpler and less costly. He stated that the Congress would also consult with the states throughout the rework.

Speaking to the media on the second day of his Bharat Jodo Yatra in Andhra Pradesh, Rahul Gandhi claimed that the BJP's regime in the country had damaged the economy with its two policies, demonetization and the GST.
