I'm female student at Cultural Mnagement/Bilgi University. I am looking for a FEMALE to rent room in Fenerbahce/ Kadıkoy.

There is 1 fairly large fully furnished room with a brand new super comfy bed.

The rental price is 350 Eur includes:
- all bills (wireless internet, electric, water, and gas heating/hot water)
- small appliances, kitchen stuff, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, etc.

The house also has a nice livingroom, large kitchen, and is very secure with doorman/service. It is only 50 meters to Caddebostan seaside.
There are many transportation options to Kadıkoy center and Taksim. You can walk Caddebostan and Kadıkoy in 15 minutes. The closest universities are Yeditepe, Dogus, Marmara universities.
